The Dispatch software system is designed to operate in "real-time" as calls are received and may be used independently or intergrated with our Police Records, Fire Records or EMS Transport software.

When used in conjunction with the IMC Police Records, Fire Records or EMS Transport software , the information entered into the original call for service will be made available to be used in these modules.

The Dispatch system is also designed to integrate with our Mobile package to provide a true "voiceless dispatch" environment.


Below are just some of the powerful features of the Dispatch System:
  • User configurable Dispatch Console -  Each user may configure Dispatch Console themes for his or her own preferences or the console theme can be set by the system manager and locked down.
  • Call Number Tracking - Automatically assigns and tracks the next call number, date and time of the call.
  • Tow Information - Track Tow company information, who, where and why.
  • Site and Geographic Data Verification -  Automatically verifies and backfills street, intersecting street and site (business, residence or location) data from a user definable database.
  • Case Number Assignment - Allows for the assigning of Police Records case numbers - Incident, Arrest, Accident, Field Interview- Fire Records Incident and EMS reporting numbers through the call and automatically transfers pertinent call data to the appropriate Records module.
  • Configurable Dispatch Logs - Log types are unlimited and completely user definable. Report numbers assigned through call have hyper-links to the report in the appropriate records system. 
  • Automatic Address Hazard Alert - Interfaces with Records Management to alert personnel of potential hazards at a particular address - prior arrests, open warrants/restraining orders, gun permits issued, and any caution flags entered for an individual residing at that address.
  • 911 Interface - Allowing ANI/ALI data to be quickly imported into the call takers screen.
  • Automatic Unit Assignment - Automatically recommends which police and  fire/EMS units to send on the call based on post assignments and pre-planned run-cards.
  • Tear Sheets - Fire tear sheets, containg run information, can be configured to be sent to a printer or a fax machine located in the appropriate station.
  • False Alarm Billing - Tracks false alarm calls and generates false alarm bills and statements.
  • Calling Party Information - Allows for multiple calling parties to be entered in each call for service. Calling party information and vehicle owner/operator information interfaces with Police Records Master Names files.
  • Log Notes - Log and weather notes can be added to the daily log.
  • Attendance - Take daily attendance, mark people present or absent and assign them to their respective duty and post for the day.
  • Advanced Scheduling -  Personnel can be scheduled in advance for any length of time based on any schedule pattern up to 98-days.
  • Time Off Tracking - Used to track time off accruals (earned time) and time off taken such as, vacation time, sick time and personal time.
  • Fleet Maintenance - Maintain fleet inventory and vital fleet maintenance information. Enter Gas pumped and ending odometer reading directly from the dispatch console.
  • Call History Analysis - Copious call history and analysis reports & graphs are included with the software.
  • Multiple Agencies Wide Area Network - This feature will allow more than one agency’s data to reside in the same database, which facilitates sharing of master names and other critical law enforcement intelligence data.
  • Multi-Jurisdiction Dispatch - For users who are running a regional dispatch and wish to allow the agencies to download their call data so that it becomes available for analysis.
