The Administrative Software can be used as a stand -alone package or can be integrated with IMC Police & Fire Records, Dispatch, EMS Transport , Civil and Jail Management software products.

  • Personnel - Create “Electronic Personnel Files”. Track hire date, payroll information, personal information, medical information, department issued equipment and more! 
  • Personnel Images - With our Imaging package installed, an employee’s image can be attached for use in creating ID badges. Certificates of achievement and license information can also be scanned and saved to an employee's record.
  • Training Records - Track training courses that personnel attend during the course of their employment. Also keeps track of re-certification dates and more!
  • Payroll - Create payroll reports that can be printed and sent to your payroll department. Entries in payroll are automatically taken from the correct budget line item, in turn giving you accurate day-to-day budget figures. The user definable pay code system is designed to track regular pay, overtime, sick time earned or taken, vacation time earned or taken and more !
  • Payroll and Attendance Linking - With our Dispatch software installed, the payroll system links to the attendance module, allowing for the seamless back filling of attendance data into the weekly payroll.
  • Overtime and Paid Detail Rotation Tracking - Automatically keep track of your overtime and paid detail call-up rotation.
  • Paid Detail Billing - Track all of your outside details and create invoices to your vendors.
  • Expense Tracking - Enter all invoices received for services rendered by vendors, i.e. Utility bills, vehicle maintenance bills etc;  and easily deduct payments from the correct budget line item.
  • Budget Tracking - The payroll and expense modules integrate with the budget system so that data entered in these programs will automatically deduct from the correct budget line item.
  • Budget Reports - Numerous budget reports are available and easy to run. They include - current years expenses vs current years budget - current years budget compared to last years budget and more!
