  • Multiple Security Levels - Security Levels can be assigned to a single person or a group of people. The software  will only display those features that the user has rights to access.
  • "Strong Password" Technology - Meets NCIC requirements
  • Geographic Database - Automatic "Geo Verification" will check and verify street names and address ranges that are entered into the software against a database of streets created by your agency.
  • Report Approval - Once a report is approved, only the approving person may access that particular report, any other personnel must request access from the approving officer.
  • Mail Notification - When a user logs into the software they are automatically notified of any new department e-mail.
  • Departmental Announcements - Announcements are displayed whenever a user logs into the software.
  • Word Processing - Seamless up-to-date word processor is used for all report narratives
  • Spell Checking - all narrative entry screens include spell checking capability.
