We want to be sure you get the most out your IMC Software, which is why we offer
training in our state-of-the-art training rooms located in our North Grafton, Massachusetts headquarters.
Our professional training staff has over 120 years of combined public safety experience.
We can provide training for up to 12 members of your department per session. All
of our training is hands on and interactive. Training is offered for each module
of our software, this allows for the flexibility to schedule the right people to
the proper training module.
We highly recommend that training be conducted at our facility, which allows your
staff the use of up to date computer equipment and eliminates the distractions commonly
found when training is conducted within a public safety environment. However, on
site training may be negotiated.

• Full-day training courses for Dispatch, Police Records, Mobile Operations, Police Investigations, Administration
Up to 12 officers in each class. These can be refresher courses for seasoned officers or “start from scratch”.
The classroom is configured with your streets, personnel, and your codes to create a familiar environment.
You reserve the classroom for the entire day on the date you want. Some of these topics may require multiple day programs.
• Refresher training courses for Dispatch, Police Records, Mobile Operations, Police Investigations, Administration
One-day programs. Classroom is shared with other departments…most departments send one or two people.
Content of instruction assumes a working knowledge of the software module being discussed.
Participants typically present issues and questions they have discovered with the software applications.
• On-Line training course for Dispatch, Police Records, Mobile Operations, Administration, Police Investigations
Participants log into a computer at your PD and join an internet-based training session for 2 hours.
Participants use a local telephone to communicate with the instructor on a conference call during the course.
Participation is usually limited to 6, although you may invite more silent observers to view the computer screen.
• CD-based instruction modules for Dispatch and Customizing Fire Permits
CD’s may be purchased from IMC and used on any computer with a CD-ROM drive.
Training courses are interactive with the participant following on-screen instructions for each chapter.
Chapters may be studied or reviewed in sequence, randomly, or as needed.
CD’s are great for beginners to learn a module, or a review for seasoned users.
